EMDR Therapy for Trauma, Anxiety, and Relationship Patterns
You may look capable on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, disconnected, or exhausted from holding everything together alone.
My approach combines EMDR with deeply attuned,
trauma-informed care to help clients feel more emotionally grounded, connected to themselves, and supported in creating lasting change in their lives and relationships. Sessions are available in person in San Francisco and virtually throughout California.

EMDR Therapy in San Francisco & California
Attachment-focused EMDR therapy in Hayes Valley, San Francisco, and virtually throughout California.
I am a licensed psychotherapist and attachment-focused EMDR therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, complex PTSD, and relational healing.
Many of the people I work with appear capable on the outside while privately struggling with emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, relationship patterns, or a persistent sense of disconnection from themselves.
My approach is grounded, reflective, and deeply attuned, helping clients move toward greater emotional regulation, self-trust, and connection in their daily lives and relationships.
I offer in-person EMDR therapy near Hayes Valley, San Francisco, and virtual therapy throughout California.
Therapy Approach
Therapy is collaborative, paced thoughtfully, and grounded in attachment-focused EMDR and nervous system regulation.
I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, burnout, and long-standing emotional patterns that may feel difficult to shift through insight alone.
Together, we create a space that supports emotional safety, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful change over time.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy helps the nervous system process unresolved experiences so they feel less emotionally activating in the present.
Many people seek EMDR for trauma, anxiety, relationship wounds, emotional overwhelm, burnout, addictions, or patterns that continue repeating despite insight and self-awareness.
My approach integrates attachment-focused EMDR with careful pacing and relational safety, allowing the work to feel grounded and manageable rather than overwhelming.
Sessions may include bilateral stimulation using handheld pulsars or auditory tones to support processing and integration.
