EMDR Therapy in Hayes Valley, San Francisco | Attachment-Focused Care
My approach blends EMDR with intuitive, attuned care to help clients access internal resources, heal relational wounds, and move forward with greater clarity and regulation. EMDR therapy helps the nervous system process unresolved experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming in the present. My attachment-focused approach emphasizes safety, pacing, and relational repair. Sessions are available in person in San Francisco and virtually.

Therapy Approach
I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy grounded in attachment theory and nervous system regulation. Therapy is collaborative and attuned, with an emphasis on safety, pacing, and helping you reconnect with internal resources that support healing and change.
This work is especially helpful for adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, attachment insecurity, burnout, and long-standing relational patterns.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy begins with gathering your history—your story, in your own words—followed by resource development and trauma processing. EMDR can help resolve distress related to trauma, anxiety, phobias, emotional blocks, addictions, and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you.
I use bilateral stimulation, including handheld pulsars or auditory tones, to support processing and integration. EMDR allows the nervous system to heal without requiring you to relive experiences in detail.
